Sinezona confusa is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk or micromollusk in the family Scissurellidae.[2]

Description[]

The shell reaches a height of 1.5 mm.

Distribution[]

This species occurs in the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean Sea and in the Atlantic Ocean off Brazil.
