Sketches of MD: Live at The Iridium is one of the few live album for Kenny Garrett released in 2008 as his first album from Mack Avenue label which had been based in Garret's home town Detroit. Pharoah Sanders is playing tenor saxophone as featuring artist.[1] "MD" of the title track is his old boss Miles Davis.[2]
