Skibin [ˈskibin] (German: Franzhagen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Damnica, within Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Damnica, 21 km (13 mi) east of Słupsk, and 86 km (53 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
