Sobir Kamolov
Sobir Kamolovich Kamolov (in Cyrillic Uzbek: Собир Камолович Камолов ; in Russian: Сабыр Камалович Камалов Sabyr Kamalovich Kamalov) (23 April 1910, in Tashkent – 6 June 1990) served as the ninth General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Uzbek SSR. Kamolov held this position from 27 December 1957 until 25 March 1959.
