Sompolno [sɔmˈpɔlnɔ] is a town in Konin County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Poland, with 3,700 inhabitants (2004).[1] during World War II Sompolno was known between 1939–1943 as Deutscheck and then later between 1943–1945 as Deutscheneck.[2]
