Sonpreet Jawanda[1][2] is an Indian actor who has appeared in Punjabi films.[3][4][5] He is best known for his movies like Holiday, Saak, and The Blood Street.[6]

Early life[]

Jawanda was born at village Shankar in Ludhiana.[4] In an Interview with Times of India, he stated that he started Theatre during his college days and after finishing his college he joined Alive Theatre Group under the guidance of Theatre and film actor Nirmal Rishi and played characters in several plays.[4] Later he established his own theatre group The Rising Theatre Group.[4]

Career[]

Jawanda made his debut with the film Sat Shri Akal in 2008. In 2014, he played a role in film Holiday starring Akshay Kumar. In 2015, he played a lead role in film The Blood Street and acted in film The Master Mind Jinda Sukha. In 2016, Jawanda again played a lead role in with Himanshi Khurana and also acted in film Desi Munde. In 2019, he acted in Film Saak.
