Sota Kitahara (born January 11, 2003) is an American soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Austrian Regionalliga side FC Pinzgau Saalfelden[1] and the Seattle Sounders FC academy.[2], on loan from USL Championship side Tacoma Defiance.[3]

He was raised in Edmonds, Washington, and graduated from Edmonds-Woodway High School after joining the Sounders academy.[4]

On July 17, 2021, he was loaned to FC Pinzgau Saalfelden.[5]
