The Soya Bus Co., Ltd. (宗谷バス株式会社, Souya Basu Kabushiki-gaisha) is a bus company which was established on 1 July 1952.[1] to inherit part business of the Dohoku Bus.

The SOYA bus is famous as bus company which run around northern tip. The bus had belonged to Tokyu Group since 1959 until 2009.

- on 1 July 1952: Commenced operations
- on August 1954: Established Omu Office
- on 1956: Headoffice was transferred from Esashi, Hokkaido (Sōya) to Wakkanai, Hokkaido
- on 28 December 1959: The bus company was affiliated to Tokyu Corporation
- on 1971: Discontinued Omu Office
- on 1 July 1985: As discontinued, the company began to run bustitution
- on 1 May 1989: As Tempoku Line discontinued, the company began to run bustitution
- on 1 October 2010: As Tokyu Corporation and alienated share which they had to Jay Will Partners, the company defected from Tokyu Corporation[2]
