Stare [ˈstarɛ] (German: Staren)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wysoka, within Piła County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[2] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Wysoka, 21 km (13 mi) north-east of Piła, and 93 km (58 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań.
