Stensionotus is an extinct genus of prehistoric bony fish that lived during the Early Triassic epoch in what is now Madagascar and China.[1] It belongs to Parasemionotidae together with , Candelarialepis, Jacobulus, Lehmanotus, Parasemionotus, , , Thomasinotus and Watsonulus.
