Stephen Harding (barrister)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Stephen Mark Harding QC, LL.B was Her Majesty's Attorney General for the Isle of Man and ex officio Member of the Legislative Council from 2011–2016.[1]

He was suspended from this role and charged with perjury.[2]

He was subsequently acquitted of all charges. However, the strain of the protracted proceedings and the defence of his reputation had an irreversible and damaging effect on his health and he retired on ill health grounds in 2016.
