Steve Meredith (born 26 August 1985 in Samoa) is a professional Samoan rugby league player, currently playing with the Windsor Wolves in the NSW Cup.

Career[]

Steve played in the Sydney Roosters Jersey Flegg Grand final winning team in 2002. Australian SchoolBoy Team in 2003. NSW u/19 State Of Origin in 2004. Played in the Sydney Roosters Premier League Grandfinal winning team in 2004 and also Played in 2005 Premier League Grand final with the Sydney Roosters, 2005 Made Test debut for Samoa against Tonga, 2006 NRL debut for the Sydney Roosters against the Brisbane Broncos.

While attending Terra Sancta Quakers Hill, Meredith played for the Australian Schoolboys team in 2003.[1] It was announced on the Penrith Panthers official website forum on 2 January 2009 that Meredith had signed to play with the Windsor Wolves for season 2009 and will train for three months with the first grade NRL Penrith Panthers team.

He had previously made his first grade debut for the Roosters against Brisbane in 2006, but suffered a season-ending knee injury in the second half of the match which the Roosters lost 24–6.
