Strmec Podravski

Strmec Podravski is a village in the municipality of Petrijanec, of the Varaždin County, Croatia. The village had 663 inhabitants in the 2011 census.[1]

The village is home to a relatively large number of Croatian Romani people.[2] There has been an effort to help employ a greater number of the Romani population.[3]

Strmec has a memorial cross to the victims of World War II and the post-war period of the communist Yugoslav era.[4]
