The Swadeshi Jagaran Manch is a economical and cultural organisation founded in 1991. It is an affiliate of the nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh that deals with economic issues.[2][3] Ashwani Mahajan is a co-convener of the organisation.[4] Since at least 2015 the SJM has been critical of foreign direct investment.[5][6]
