Sylvain Ndoutingai

Sylvain Ndoutingai (born 1971) is a politician in the Central African Republic. He is the nephew of former president François Bozizé.[1]

Ndoutingai has been the Minister of State of Mines, Energy, and Water Resources since 2008.
