Szpetal Górny [ˈʂpɛtal ˈɡurnɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Fabianki, within Włocławek County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Fabianki, 6 km (4 mi) north-east of Włocławek, and 51 km (32 mi) south-east of Toruń.

The village has a population of 1,856.
