Taraxacum hybernum, also known as Krim-Saghyz, or Autumn dandelion, is a perennial species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae[2][3]

Taraxacum hybernum is commonly found in Southern Europe, the Balkans, Crimea, and Turkey.[4]
