Tatiana DeMaria is a British musician, songwriter, singer and producer. who spent the early part of her career founding and fronting the rock band TAT in 2003 and producing U.K. underground hip-hop, has now branched out in a bold new direction as a dynamic solo artist. DeMaria also writes and produces for other artists and has numerous commercial projects under her belt including commercials, TV shows, the 7UP theme song, music for Pepsi and original soundtrack work for Universal in Blue Crush 2 & American Pie Presents: Girls’ Rule.

With 2 charting singles under her belt by age 18, Tatiana hit the road earning a passionately devoted following on both sides of the Atlantic that have followed her into her solo career launch as she channels all of her influences from Alternative rock, R&B and hip hop into an intricate blend and sound that has become uniquely her own. She is currently working on her debut solo EP & album both scheduled for a 2021 release having most recently released her latest indie singles ‘Without You’ ‘Make Me Feel’,  "London Don't Lie" and ‘What It Is About You’ to critical acclaim.

Biography[]

Born in London, DeMaria moved to Paris with her family when she was very young. It was there she spent a great deal of her childhood. Whilst at school, she developed a love of punk rock and was introduced to such bands as NOFX,[3] Rancid, The Clash and Green Day by some of the older children on the school bus. She returned to London as a teenager and started playing guitar and songwriting when she was 13.

After playing in several high school bands, DeMaria formed TAT (originally named The Camden Whigs) with friend Tim Vanderkuil. After several member changes, she was joined by Nick Kent and Jake Reed, who solidified the band's present lineup. By the age of 18 Tatiana had written two U.K. charting singles for TAT as well as the songs for their debut album, Soho Lights. The album’s first single “Road to Paradise” gained them significant radio airplay & charted in the U.S. where the band toured extensively, playing over 1,000 shows in the States and Europe (headlining and touring with NOFX, The Offspring and Alice Cooper, Joan Jett among others) and becoming fan favorites on the Vans Warped Tour. Driven by Road to Paradise, Soho Lights, has millions of streams across the globe.

Tatiana debuted her solo material in mid 2018. Ushering in touring to include her first solo headline show to a sold out crowd at the Whisky a Go-Go in LA, the Final National Run of the Vans Warped Tour and the Vans 25th Anniversary Celebration as well as supporting artists like Bishop Briggs.

The Whisky a Go-Go concert was filmed by the team from Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and is currently in the works to be released as a full-length concert film. Also in 2018, Tatiana appeared in her very own comic book created by Marvel artists and writers, which led to appearances at Comic-Con San Diego in 2019.

Tatiana is a quintessential quadruple threat, songwriter, producer, musician, singer. Her commercial success includes to name a few - writing, producing & performing the global 7UP theme song, Pepsi adverts, and movie soundtracks including writing and producing 8 songs for the newest movie in the American Pie franchise, American Pie Presents: Girls’ Rule where she is also featured in on camera as herself.

Tatiana is currently collaborating with Grammy award-winning hip-hop producer Che Pope (Kanye West, 50 Cent, Lauryn Hill) on material for her debut EP and Album scheduled for a 2021 release. She is also writing with and for other artists from EDM through to Rock and Hip Hop, on upcoming releases for both herself and their projects.
