The tepui swift (Streptoprocne phelpsi) is a species of swift in the family Apodidae. It is found in Brazil, Guyana, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland.
The binomial commemorates William Henry Phelps.
