Test Pilot Donald is a 1951 American animated short film featuring Donald Duck and Chip 'n' Dale. The cartoon was directed by Jack Hannah and produced by Walt Disney.[1] In the film, Donald files his model airplane into Chip 'n Dale's tree. Dale climbs in and proceeds to cause trouble.

Plot[]

Donald Duck is at the park flying & testing a RC airplane, watched by Chip 'n' Dale Chip decides the aerial show is boring, but Dale is mesmerized & imagines/dreams of flying the plane, and finds a perfect opportunity when it gets stuck in their tree. After hoping aboard, Dale takes control of the plane, & starts to fly around the tree, but as a result of several breakdowns the airplane lands & Dale fixes the plane but Donald finds him & puts him under a jug & fixes the plane himself while Chip disciplines Dale for his foolishness & selfishness, but Dale escapes underground & returns to the plane & flies away from Donald & begins chasing & attacking him until they come toward the river where Donald acquires a fishing rod to hook the plane, but is pulled with the rod while Chip watches from the sidelines as Donald is sent on a wild ride & eventually gets on board the plane, but before he can tear him apart, Dale abandons the plane with his parachute waving farewell to Donald and the rod is caught on the roof of a house with a fishing rod, making the plane spin around & around forever. Later that night, Chip & Dale go to bed watching Donald's doom, with the same feelings of the experience from earlier at the end of movie.
