The Beat 99.9 FM is a Lagos based English speaking radio station centered on music, information and the Nigerian entertainment industry. The station started broadcasting on July 1st 2003.[1] It also features an internet Radio service and Beat TV.[2][3] It was the first African radio station to get verified on Twitter.[4][5]
