"The Best of You" is a 1980 song by Booker T. Jones,[1] and a single from the album The Best of You produced by David Anderle. The B-side to the May 1980 single was "Let's Go Dancin'".
The Booker T. Jones song was given a new audience in 1991 when the song was covered by English singer Kenny Thomas, titled "Best of You", from his debut album Voices. The Thomas version reached No. 11 in the UK and also charted in Ireland, the Netherlands, France, Germany and New Zealand.[2][3]
