The Blackstone is a residential building located at 800 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, United States. It was built in 1929[1] when it was the tallest building in the city, and so remained for seven years.[citation needed]

The building consists of 130 apartments. It was renovated in 1987. Debt on the building is still being paid back.[1]
