The Boris Karloff Mystery Playhouse is a 30-minute American television mystery anthology series, probably produced live. Boris Karloff hosted twelve episodes that aired on ABC from September to December 1949. All but five titles appear to be lost.

Directors included Alex Segal. Among its guest stars were Mildred Natwick and Jean Muir (actress)
