The Brat Attack was a Canadian political punk rock band from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Their first two albums were released on guitarist/vocalist/songwriter/Dave Zegarac's label, 3rd Generation Records.[1] Underground Operations signed the band in 2005 and released their album, From This Beauty Comes Chaos and Mayhem. The album was produced by Mark Spicoluk and Steve Rizun.[2]

In 2005, the band played the Warped Tour,[3] then fell apart and regrouped with the line-up of Dave Halcrow (Hammer), Dustin Jackson (Dirt), Chris Ferguson and Zegarac.[4]

In April 2008, Rebel Time Records signed The Brat Attack and released their album Those Who Sow Sorrow Shall Reap Rage that November.[5] That was the band's last album. According to Zegarac's Wikipedia page, "On 20 July 2015, Rebel Time Records announced that it would no longer be carrying releases by the Brat Attack due to mounting allegations of sexual assault directed at Zegarac."
