The Essential Foster and Lloyd is a compilation album released by RCA Nashville in 1996. It features songs from Foster & Lloyd's three studio albums released between 1987 and 1990 presented in chronological order. Two previously unreleased tracks were included, including a rendition of "Don't Go Out With Him", which the duo wrote for Tanya Tucker and T. Graham Brown. This duet version went to #6 on the country charts in 1990.
