The Legend of Korra: A New Era Begins is a turn-based strategy video game for the Nintendo 3DS based on the animated television series The Legend of Korra. Developed by Webfoot Technologies[1] and published by Activision, it was released exclusively in North America on October 28, 2014.[2]
Similar to the system of the Fire Emblem tactical role-playing game series, the game combines a grid-based tactical view with one-on-one encounters between units.[2]
The game is one of two video games based on the same plot from the series. The other, The Legend of Korra, is a third-person beat 'em up game by PlatinumGames released earlier in October 2014.
