The Occupant (Spanish: Hogar) is a Spanish 2020 thriller directed by David Pastor and Àlex Pastor, and written by David Pastor and Àlex Pastor.[1][2][3] The plot revolves around Javier Muñoz (Javier Gutiérrez), a former executive who is forced to sell his apartment because of unemployment. He becomes obsessed with the new occupants, and begins infiltrating their lives.

It was released on March 25, 2020 on Netflix in the US,[4] and via the internet in other countries.
