The book was first published in September 1988.[3] Nick Carter is a house pseudonym used by Award, Ace, and later Jove, publishing for the series Nick Carter-Killmaster, a series of 261+ spy adventures published from 1964 until late 1990s.[4]
Plot summary[]
There's enough high-caliber hardware stockpiled in monsoon-soaked Rangoon to start a war... or a revolution. And Sidney Chong is holding all the cards. He's blackmailing half the Burmese government and using an elite society of martial arts assassins to do his bidding. Now the Killmaster has to stop him and time is ticking away.
