Tholi Kodi Koosindi is a 1981 Indian Telugu-language film directed by K. Balachander and starring Saritha, Seema, Madhavi, and Sarath Babu with Jeeva as the villain.[1] This movie is the debut movie for actor Jeeva as a Villain and his debut movie in Tamil cinema. The film was simultaneously made in Tamil as Enga Ooru Kannagi (transl. Kannagi, from our village) starring Major Sundarrajan.[2][3] The film won three Nandi Awards.

The songs were composed by M. S. Viswanathan and the lyrics were penned by Aacharya Aatreya.[4]
