One of the company's primary products at the time was traditional Chinese herbal products, calcium tablets and coffee. In 2006, Tianshi reported that they had 1.2 million MLM distributors and 40 million customers worldwide. Of which there are more than 40,000 MLM distributors in Germany.  On the other hand, most of the customers are in Russia and Germany. In 2014, they reported that they had 200,000 distributors in Uganda.
