Timocratica bicornuta is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It was described by Vitor O. Becker in 1982. It is found in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro) and French Guiana.[1]
The wingspan is 18–20 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is white. The underside is golden yellow, slightly tinged with fuscous along the apex and termen. The hindwings are golden yellow.[2]
