Timocratica spinignatha is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It was described by Vitor O. Becker in 1982. It is found in Peru.[1]
The wingspan is 19–23 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is white. The underside is golden ochreous above the cell and on the veins, tinged with fuscous along the apex and termen. The hindwings are golden ochreous below and above the cell and on the veins.[2]
