Location

Tracy is a train station in southern Tracy, California on the edge of the San Francisco Bay Area.[3]

The station is served by commuter Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) trains between San Jose Diridon Station and Stockton. Tracy residents use the station predominantly as a method of commuting to job centers in the Silicon Valley or Alameda County where they may also transfer to Caltrain that allows them service into San Francisco.[3]

Tracer did not previously serve the station, with route D being the nearest service.[4] As of the system map available in September 2012, route D spurs directly to the station as part of regular service.[5] As of 2021 the station is directly served by routes D, F, and G.[6]
