Tsakhur (Russian: Цахур) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Tsakhurskoye Rural Settlement, Rutulsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 476 as of 2010.[2] There are 4 streets.[3]

Tsakhur is located in the valley of the Samur river, 35 km northwest of Rutul (the district's administrative centre) by road. Muslakh and Gelmets are the nearest rural localities.[4]
