Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. is an investment and merchant bank headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA.[1] It was founded in 2004.[1] It has additional offices in New York City, Denver, Colorado, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and London, United Kingdom.[2]

Dan Pickering and Maynard Holt have been involved in various gas deals, including shale gas fracking, in Texas and elsewhere.[3][4]

Perella Weinberg Partners acquired Tudor, Pickering, Holt, & Co. in November 2016.[5]
