Tyrannosaurus Tex is a first-person shooter video game for the Nintendo Game Boy Color portable console published by Piko Interactive.[1] The game generated high expectations, as it would have been the only first-person shooter released for the Game Boy Color.[2]

A 30 minutes gameplay footage video was released to the Internet, after the prototype cartridge was sold at auction.[2]

On March 8, 2016, Piko Interactive announced that they had acquired the rights to the game and was later released in May 2018. Piko will be porting it to PC and "other" platforms.[3]
