Ulfeldt is the name of an Danish-German noble family. It was mentioned as early as the end of the 14th century, but went extinct in male line in 1769. Family members held the title of Count.

- Leonora Christina Ulfeldt (1621–1698), the daughter of King Christian IV of Denmark and wife of Corfitz Ulfeldt
