Uniphore has developed Speech Analytics software called auMina, which enables organizations in identifying customer problems through analyzing customer dynamics and call center interactions. auMina uses artificial intelligence and assists organizations in extracting customer-agent interactions for monitoring agents’ in-call movements, and optimizing training programs. akeira is a Virtual Assistant software that helps organizations in consumer interaction and can be deployed using a variety of interfaces.
