Upałty [uˈpau̯tɨ] (German: Upalten)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Giżycko, within Giżycko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Giżycko and 94 km (58 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).

The village has a population of 243.
