Uplands Cheese Company

Uplands Cheese Company is an artisan cheesemaker in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, U.S.[1][2] It is run by Mike and Carol Gingrich.[3] Andy Hatch is the head cheesemaker.

ABC News called the business a great American creamery.[4] Their Pleasant Ridge Reserve was chosen by the Food Network's Simon Majumdar as one of the 10 best foods in the US,[5] and has won several awards.[6][7]
