Oʻsmat (Uzbek: Oʻsmat/Ўсмат, Russian: Усмат, romanized: Usmat) is an urban-type settlement in Jizzakh Region, Uzbekistan. It is the administrative center of Baxmal District.[1] The town population in 1989 year was 4662 people.[2]
