Ustjanowa Górna [ustjaˈnɔva ˈɡurna] (Ukrainian: Устянова Горішня, romanizedUstianova Horishnia) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ustrzyki Dolne, within Bieszczady County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) west of Ustrzyki Dolne and 79 km (49 mi) south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The village has a population of 640.
