Uttarayana is a Kannada language teleserial that was aired on Udaya TV from Monday to Friday at 7:30 PM. The serial is based on the novel Uttarayana written by Vyasaraya Ballal. The serial features Roja (actress) who plays the role of a widow and she is the only member in her family to earn money. The serial also featured personalities like Yash.^[1]
