Valery Borisovich Garkalin (Russian: Вале́рий Бори́сович Гарка́лин; born April 11, 1954, Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian theater and film actor, People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2008),[1] Professor of GITIS.

Daughter Nika, engaged in theatrical production.[5] The son-in-law is an actor of the Theatre of Nations Pavel Akimkin. In 2012, the actor became a grandfather, Nika gave birth to son Timofey.
