Each of the 50 states of the United States of America plus several of its territories and the District of Columbia issued individual passenger license plates for 2007.[1][2][3][4]

Kansas Standard License Plate 2001-2007.jpg Kansas This design used since January 2001 was issued until April 2007. The intended purpose was to replace all "State Capitol" bases with the reissuance of the new "Ad Astra" base by the beginning of 2009, however, this did not occur.

These plates still currently remain valid.

The new plate contains an embossed dark blue serial on reflective light blue plate; the top half of state seal screened in white at bottom right; "KANSAS" screened in dark blue centered at the top "Ad Astra Per Aspera" inside the State Seal,
