Vladimir Milanković

Vladimir Milanković is a former commander in the special police of the Croatian Ministry of the Interior (MUP), active during the Yugoslav wars. An ethnic Serb from Virovitica, he was a police officer in Sisak since the mid-1980s. He became the operational commander of the SUP in Sisak, a military-police structure led by and (the son of Janko Bobetko). Under his command, Sisak's Serbs were persecuted during the Croatian War. The police force under his command was active in Sisak and Banija. Property was seized by him and his associates. He was tried for war crimes and sentenced to prison.
