Węgry [ˈvɛnɡrɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowe Skalmierzyce, within Ostrów Wielkopolski County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Skalmierzyce (the gmina seat), 24 km (15 mi) east of Ostrów Wielkopolski, and 112 km (70 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
