Local programming previously included:
- Local News with Boyce Tate: Weekday mornings at 6 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 7 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., and afternoons at noon and 12:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Coalfield Comments: Keith Cartwright, Will Cox and Boyce Tate interviews local leaders from 8 to 9 a.m. on Mondays.
- Sports Nutz: Andre Bass and Mickey Blue talk local sports Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.
On December 20, 2016, WTTL changed their format from ESPN sports to classic hits, branded as "Classic Hits 103.5 (simulcast on FM translator W278CK 103.5 FM Madisonville).[2]
