WYFZ is a non-commercial radio station in Belleview, Florida, broadcasting to the Gainesville-Ocala, Florida area on 91.3 FM. It is part of the Bible Broadcasting Network, along with Gainesville-based WYFB, Lakeland-based WYFO, Port St. Joe-based WDBW-LP and Tarpon Springs-based WYFE. WYFZ's format is religious programming.

History[]

The station was assigned call sign WWKO by the Federal Communications Commission on December 19, 1997. It switched to the current WYFZ call letters on December 1, 2005.[1]

In April 2006, the station was sold to Bible Broadcasting Network (Lowell Davey, president) by Walker Info and Ed Institute Inc. (Scott Walker, VP) for a reported sale price of $250,000.[2]
